Responsibilities
Develop new label, coating, adhesive, and print-based products in collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and key customers
Plan, run, and analyze manufacturing trials, delivering clear trial plans and post-trial reviews to accelerate commercialization
Partner with Manufacturing to introduce new equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and support process improvements
Lead or support product and process troubleshooting, quality investigations, and corrective action development
Analyze trial and scale-up data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to senior leaders
Monitor quality performance during product scale-up and provide technical guidance to ensure smooth transition to production
Support global efforts to identify and deploy new process technologies across sourcing and manufacturing sites
Qualification
Required
A degree in a relevant engineering field
5–8 years of experience
Mastery of analytical tools like Minitab and Excel
Comfort with customer-facing communication
Project management discipline to keep multiple efforts moving forward
Preferred

Experience with Stage Gate development
