Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution

Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively at each stage

Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements

Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including engaging in regular settlement negotiations on behalf of clients

Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff

Required

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active State Bar membership in California

Bilingual in English/Spanish
