The GTM Associate will work closely with the Head of GTM and CEO to drive the company's core revenue function in a strategic and operational role, helping to scale the revenue organization from an early stage.

Responsibilities

Own experimentation tracking and analysis for all key marketing experiments we run

Help design and launch new marketing experiments

Establish and manage analytics across a range of disparate MarTech tools

Help establish sales performance goals, and lead sales operations

Stand up and oversee sales org infrastructure

Own the RevOps function

Set up and manage our partnerships function, across a wide range of ecosystem counterparties

Help launch our podcast, and coordinate with high-signal guests at the top echelons of the wealth and asset management industries

Required

1-3 years of experience, either in GTM at a high-growth startup, or in consulting / investment banking

Seeking to be a founder someday, with the goal of learning how to stand up and scale a GTM organization

Cross-functional: you are capable of operating across sales and marketing, and interfacing with product, design, and engineering teams

Capable of executing effectively in operational domains, thinking strategically, and building personal relationships with executives and leaders across the industry
