Responsibilities
Provide training and support to customer base
Assist the field sales team with rapid and thorough complaint resolution and technical support
Identify and propose new product concepts to meet evolving customer needs
Engage with customers to identify State and Gaps to leverage value propositions that deliver on improving productivity, efficiency, image, expenses, and revenues
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect
Communicate a compelling and inspired vision or sense of core purpose
Marshal resources to get things done; orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal
Organize people and activities; understand how to separate and combine tasks into efficient workflow
Use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of telecommunication experience
Experience with fiber optic cable and connectivity products
A high degree of technical aptitude
Excellent communication, presentation, and digital literacy, including PowerPoint
Ability to travel upwards of 50% in normal circumstances
Able to work indoors and outdoors, occasionally in extreme outdoor environments
Located near Catawba, NC or within the territories of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, or Mississippi
Preferred
A bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical subject area
Two or more years of progressive technical product experience; internships may qualify
Outside plant network design and engineering experience
