They are seeking a Part-Time Case Manager to implement the Rite of Passage program, acting as the primary liaison between students, parents, staff, and placing agency officials.

Administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs
Providing progress notes
Organizing and facilitating court hearings
Organizing and facilitating Probation Officer visits
Organizing and facilitating students visits
Organizing and facilitating home passes

Qualification

Case management experienceBachelor's DegreeJuvenile treatment knowledgeCommunication skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Be at least 21 years of age
Have a minimum of 3 years prior case management experience with Juveniles
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License
