Must be a licensed Washington State Professional Engineer (PE)
Minimum of 7 years of mechanical (HVAC and plumbing) design experience
Proficiency in Revit for mechanical design work
Lead HVAC and plumbing design for commercial projects ranging from $25K to $30MM
Produce stamped engineering documents and prepare Divisions 22 and 23 specifications
Perform load and sizing calculations for mechanical systems
Support various delivery types such as design-build, MCCM, and design-assist
Contribute to project pursuits, proposals, and interviews
Supervise and mentor a team of four mechanical professionals
Qualification
