Zachry Group is a company focused on recruitment and talent acquisition. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter I to support the recruiting team by sourcing talent, building relationships, and expediting the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed job descriptions, screening questions, and tool lists specific to positions based on scope of work to be performed

Source candidates from multiple internal and external pools

Screen candidates to ensure qualification for positions to be filled

Maintain pools by departments and geographic region

Recruit and assist hiring managers with offers of employment to qualified candidates in face paced environment

Schedule individuals for processing and orientation

Update Applicant Tracking System in real time with candidate information and interactions

Attend job fairs and other industry events

Other duties as assigned

Level I Specialist will typically be responsible for craft worker sourcing

Level II Specialist will typically be responsible for professional/indirect/office administration sourcing
