Finance Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis
Superior is a national leader in electrical design and construction, seeking a Finance Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead their Corporate Finance function. The role involves managing the annual budget process, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with various departments to ensure financial alignment.

Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of financial analysts while collaborating across the broader Finance team
Prepare monthly and annual forecasts and budgets
Conduct monthly variance analysis on active construction projects and company ISGA (overhead) expenses
Analyze the company’s WIP (work in progress) report and identify project finance risks and opportunities
Collaborate with Project Operations, Field Operations, and Business Development to align on current and upcoming construction project performance
Partner with business leaders on departmental ISGA cost planning
Oversee the company’s billable rates creation and rate analysis
Support leadership with ad hoc financial analytics
Qualification
Required
You have at least 8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, project/operations finance, or a related field
You have prior experience in managing direct reports
You have earned your bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
Preferred
You're familiar with Finance in the construction industry
