Learn KEIND Quality system requirements
Learn Good Documentation Practices
Build relationships with Operations, Quality, Warehouse and Engineering groups
Self-sufficient in assembly and packaging jobs
Records complete and accurate information for Device History Records per Good Manufacturing Practices
Performing root cause analysis and suggesting improvements to the process
Qualification

Time/project management skills

Ability to keep timely consistent and accurate records of work
Solid understanding of the importance of quality
