Responsibilities
Provide oversight of ongoing projects and maintain positive communication with all clients
Actively involved with each project from beginning to end and ensure every project meets high standards for communication/service
Work with Operations to coordinate crews/material and installation
Report on the status of each assigned job and visit site locations to resolve issues and respond to client questions
Communicate with clients regarding project status, costs, and any required changes during the project
Qualification
Required
Experience in the Low Voltage/Home Automation industry is mandatory
Four or more years of work experience
Resourceful and creative thinking
Strong team leadership and communication skills
Professional demeanor
Ability to keep up to speed with the latest technology
