Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager – Franchising
FranDevCo is a franchise growth organization supporting emerging and established brands across North America. They are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and client relationship management for franchise development marketing programs.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust-based, long-term partnerships
Lead client discovery, onboarding, and strategy development aligned with franchise growth goals
Deliver strategic recommendations based on industry best practices, performance insights, and client objectives
Build and oversee digital lead generation strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and additional paid channels
Collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated, high-performing marketing campaigns
Audit and optimize client websites, landing pages, and content to improve conversion rates and search visibility
Track, analyze, and interpret campaign data using platforms such as Google Analytics, WhatConverts, CRM systems, and ad manager tools
Provide clear, actionable performance reporting, translating data into strategic insights and recommendations
Identify gaps, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement optimizations to strengthen lead quality and ROI
Guide and support coordinators or junior team members, sharing strategic frameworks and advanced marketing techniques
Provide coaching, feedback, and best practices to elevate team performance
Promote a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented culture within the marketing team
Work closely with creative, content, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies
Manage timelines, deliverables, and task coordination using platforms like Asana
Act as an internal advocate for clients, ensuring their goals are understood and flawlessly executed across departments
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, with at least 3 years in multi-location or franchise marketing
Demonstrated success managing SEO, PPC, paid social, and digital lead generation programs
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and WordPress
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience mentoring team members or leading small teams
Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing relationship skills
