Responsibilities

Build bold, forward-thinking annual strategies that align client goals with Peak Technologies’ event production and creative capabilities
Conduct regular business and project reviews to ensure results, deepen relationships, and uncover new opportunities
Become a true brand partner—mastering client objectives and audiences to deliver insights that shape high-impact event marketing programs
Leverage your deep understanding of production, creative, and experiential solutions to guide clients from concept to execution with confidence
Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships through proactive engagement, onsite presence, and consistent consultative support
Spot opportunities others miss—grow and expand business within existing client portfolios
Develop relationships across all levels of the client organization, from day-to-day partners to C-suite leaders
Drive 20% growth in new business annually within your assigned accounts while managing a core book of $3M+
Confidently sell and represent Peak Technologies’ full spectrum of production solutions across conferences, corporate events, experiential activations, and exhibitions
Lead dynamic capabilities presentations, persuasive pitches, and best-in-class proposals
Shape the strategic and creative direction internally, ensuring teams understand and deliver on client expectations
Oversee the Production Management team and serve as the connective tissue between clients and every internal department
Stay ahead of every detail—floor plans, renderings, custom content, schedules, show-site needs, pricing, billing, and more
Maintain exceptional documentation (Work Orders, Creative Briefs, Call Reports) and ensure clear communication company-wide
Represent Peak Technologies with pride at industry conferences, client meetings, and field activations
Travel approximately 15% for client engagements and onsite project leadership
Forecast revenue opportunities and report trends, insights, and client status to executive leadership
Maintain accurate budgets and estimates across all projects
Demonstrate fiscal responsibility when managing travel and ensure team compliance with company guidelines
Protect margins and ensure all client costs are accounted for in quotes and invoices
Partner with finance to reconcile accounts and address any outstanding billing issues directly with clients
Inspire, coach, and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and unforgettable event experiences
Delegate thoughtfully while maintaining strong oversight of client satisfaction and project execution
Develop your team through hands-on training in sales, marketing, business strategy, and account leadership
Address challenges head-on and foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture
May lead a team of 1–3 Client Services professionals, including interviewing, hiring, training, performance evaluation, and corrective action
