Dentsu International Americas is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead Account Management and ensure the successful delivery of digital transformation projects. This role involves nurturing client relationships, managing digital engagements, and leading teams to align services with client goals.

Responsibilities

Nurture long-term client relationships that deliver mutual value
Manage complex digital engagements and lead teams to create strategic solutions
Contribute to the strategic direction of our client relationship by identifying client needs or pain points and the solutions that address them, bringing innovation to the forefront
Use your experience to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration, being a trusted advisor to clients
Develop stories through use of carefully narrated presentations to manage and align executive communications
Provide leadership of strategic planning efforts, advisory/strategy consulting engagements, and 'accountability' for the quality and growth of ongoing client work

Required

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 8 years experience in relevant digital experience disciplines
Proven experience in client management roles, with experience driving client retention and business growth
Experience managing, and developing a team of who are responsible for the day-to-day execution of client programs; Able to work collaboratively across cross functional teams and geographic locations
Experience managing the financial aspects of a book of business including forecasting revenue, costs, profit margins, invoicing, reporting financials to company executives, etc
