Responsibilities

Assist the CSBD Team with administrative support of sales initiatives and investor requests
Facilitate escalated operational requests for investor accounts (account updates, rep changes, capital call notices, investor portal log in requests, tax documents, business processing redemption requests)
Generate ad hoc reports for CSBD team
Maintain data integrity in CRM database
In partnership with the Marketing Team (MaCS), assist with preparing all relevant materials for client meetings/calls
Liaison between operations, risk, portfolio management and CSBD team to introduce an efficient client experience
Assist with the execution of bespoke client events as needed
Coordinate investor information to help CSBD teams maximize product impact

Required

Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of related experience
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, effective presentation abilities, and possess strong analytical skills (ie Excel)
Detail-oriented
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Team player with the ability to collaborate across the firm
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, changing environment
Self-motivated, assertive, proactive, independent and flexible

Preferred

Prior work experience in the financial services industry and/or investor relations
Experience with Salesforce
