Coordinator to design, maintain, and enhance business application systems, ensuring accurate data and supporting business processes while preparing for an ERP migration to SAP.

Responsibilities
Learn, maintain, and support WSTP’s ERP system to ensure accurate business transactions and reporting
Provide end-user system support and training
Maintain nightly, monthly, and year-end job schedules
Develop subject matter expertise to ultimately lead our ERP migration to SAP in 3-5 years
Develop subject matter expertise in our new SAP environment to act as a key power user and lead our digitization efforts
Understand the business process in order to maintain reliable and accurate business applications (regardless of software)
Build and maintain key professional relationships with all end-users to gather, evaluate, and best apply the information to support the business process
Qualification
Required
Proficiencies with the software platforms mentioned above are a clear advantage
Considering the life cycles associated with said legacy software, proficiency is not a requirement. Ability to learn, document, and apply said knowledge is a must
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, or an equivalent level of experience
3 + years' experience in application programming/system design
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus
High level of integrity and confidentiality
The candidate should be self-motivated/driven and be able to spread enthusiasm for improvement initiatives
Leadership, influence, listening, communication, and ability to teach problem-solving skills are essential
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills and organization skills. Must be able to prepare and deliver presentations regarding project results
