Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, you will own Sales and Marketing for the company, leading a team to drive pipeline generation and predictable revenue growth while optimizing processes and strategies for scalability.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end revenue strategy for the company
Build a predictable, metrics-driven go-to-market engine designed for rapid growth
Directly manage a small, high-output team of AEs and Marketing talent, coaching them to exceed targets
Implement structured sales processes for lead qualification, forecasting, pipeline velocity, and closing
Oversee demand generation campaigns, ABM efforts, and brand strategy to drive top-of-funnel growth
Optimize HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub for automation, visibility, and reporting accuracy
Collaborate with Customer Success to maximize expansion and minimize churn
Develop sales playbooks, KPIs, and dashboards to ensure accountability and scalability
Hire, develop, and lead future Sales and Marketing talent as the team expands
Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings, events, and team collaboration as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of driving rapid SaaS growth in startups or high-growth environments
Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub for automation and reporting
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics: pipeline velocity, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, churn
Strong leadership and coaching skills — able to develop top-performing teams
Data-driven, analytical mindset with obsession for hitting targets
Excellent communicator, able to collaborate closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and customer teams
Strategic thinker who's unafraid to roll up their sleeves to drive execution
8–10+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue leadership roles, with 5+ years in SaaS
Demonstrated success scaling B2B SaaS companies through aggressive growth phases
Experience managing integrated sales and marketing teams in startup environments
Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings, events, and team collaboration as needed
Preferred
Prior HubSpot implementation and optimization experience strongly preferred
