They are seeking an Application Analyst II responsible for configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting Oracle ERP modules related to Human Capital Management, Human Resources, and Payroll, ensuring alignment with business processes and organizational policies.

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of three (3) years' experience with the application, module or equivalent system of assigned functional area

Advanced knowledge of the assigned applications in at least one functional area

Proficient with Microsoft office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project

Current CA driver's license for local travel

Epic training and certification in the assigned application area is required. Certification includes completing application certification projects and tests

At least one secondary certification and/or badge relevant to supported module

Preferred

Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related field

Three (3) or more years' experience with application, module or equivalent system as assigned, including experience working in a health care environment department, preferably in an integrated health system environment

Experience with report building tools

Previous experience with payroll or staffing applications; preferably Krosnos

Other certification with the application(s) within their area of responsibility and support
