New Grad, Entry LevelMarbach Tool & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Laser Operator to utilize laser and water jet equipment for cutting various materials. The role involves operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality control while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities
Ability to operate laser, milling, water jet cutting systems
Ability to use calibration tools to properly ensure machine & tool tolerances
Assembly of proprietary products from pre-cut materials
Ability to read blueprints and CAD files to accurately assemble custom tools
Lifting and handling of wood, metal pieces and tooling
Clean & maintain department equipment
Maintaining equipment preventative maintenance schedule logs
Required to understand and use safety equipment reflective of department
Able to organize assigned tasks, for completion alone or with help
Able to complete and fulfill paperwork required for personal time sheets in a timely manner
Cross-training and support of other production departments
Treat all Marbach information and customer information in a confidential manner
Inform supervisor of problems or issues which affect the companies’ ability to meet customer requirements
Department quality control
Read and understand work order paperwork
Repair/maintain high pressure pipes on water jet equipment
Qualification
Required
