Responsibilities

Rotate through Susquehanna’s operations team, gaining hands-on experience across trading desks and key business areas

Take on daily responsibilities and project work that build familiarity with information flow and tax processes

Participate in classroom training focusing on company knowledge, technical skills, and business effectiveness

Work on projects that help optimize after-tax profits from trading activities

Collaborate with departments like trading, operations, and technology

Work with both internal and third-party systems to ensure accurate documentation and reporting

Required

Students pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting or a related major looking to start a full-time job upon graduation

Students who have an ability to collaborate with a team while having the confidence to work independently

Candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit who are flexible and have a commitment to innovation

Students who demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future

Preferred

Candidates with an advanced knowledge of Excel, as well as experience with Python, HTML, VBA or SQL preferred

Prior co-op/internship/work experience in a tax paraprofessional or related role preferred
