Responsibilities
Work with Business teams (multiple) and IT teams
Overlap with Off-shore teams early EST times (i.e. from 730 AM+)
Be available for on-call work as needed
Work from Service Now Incidents/Defects/Enhancements, Jira project/cards
Develop/test/implement solutions in Salesforce Sales, Service, Account Engagement, Experience Cloud, with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management, Conga Composer, Certinia
Coordinate solutions with partner IT teams (i.e. Outlook, SAP, Boomi, etc.)
Perform deployments using deployment tools, Gearset, Github, Concourse
Respond to Urgent/SRT incidents
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Salesforce.com Sales & Service Cloud
Experience with Conga (fka Apttus) Contract Lifecycle Management, Conga Composer, Certinia (fka Finance Force), Milestone Plus (for Salesforce)
Familiarity with Salesforce.com Account Engagement (fka Pardot), Experience Cloud (fka Communities), Marketing Cloud, Tableau
Working knowledge of DevOps (Gearset, etc.) and Salesforce DX
Experience working in Agile methodology, utilizing Jira
Working with Managed Packages and External Vendors
Preferred
4-8 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
