They are seeking a seasoned Paralegal to provide comprehensive support primarily to a commercial litigation partner and may assist an IP attorney when needed, requiring strong command of Texas state court litigation processes.

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of state court litigation, including filings, calendaring, and case management
Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents; assist with discovery and trial preparation
Perform IP docketing and related administrative tasks as needed
Maintain organized case files and ensure all deadlines are met
Track and record time entries accurately (no formal billable requirement)
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Provide dependable, proactive support ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Periodically attend court or local hearings (primarily within the Austin area)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of paralegal experience
Strong experience with Texas state court litigation procedures
Demonstrated ability to support a demanding attorney with complex caseloads
Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and time management
Ability to work independently and foresee litigation needs
Preferred
Experience with IP docketing a plus
