Director of Sales
Mayday Manufacturing Co is seeking a Director of Sales to lead their sales organization and shape the future of their business. This role combines leadership, strategy, and customer engagement in a dynamic industry, focusing on achieving sales objectives and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities
Drive achievement of annual sales and financial objectives
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company mission and market trends
Lead and manage inside and outside sales teams
Oversee key account management and maintain strong client relationships
Report sales performance to corporate leadership
Contribute to business planning, risk management, and financial forecasting
Advise on commercial aspects of contracts and market trends
Continuously improve sales processes and budgeting
Represent the company with a strong business presence to an international customer base
Build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels
Travel domestically and internationally (25–50%) to engage customers and drive growth
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of proven success as a business leader with strong business acumen
Ability to think strategically and embrace new perspectives
Strong mental agility and proactive advocacy for organizational goals
Deep knowledge of business practices, processes, and environments
Exceptional communication and articulation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage organizational development and achieve sales goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration or a technical field
15 years of aerospace industry experience
10 years of leadership experience
