They are seeking a Senior Officer / Manager, Credit Reviewer to prepare and analyze mortgage applications, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with documentation checks.

Responsibilities
Prepare, review, analyze and make recommendations for mortgage applications (including new, restructures and others)
Liaise with stakeholders (including Sales staff, mortgage relations staff, Credit Operation staff) for documentations and rectifications
Compliance and documentation checks on mortgage applications
Review property valuation reports
Credit evaluation and follow up on post disbursement issues, other miscellaneous requests
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-2 years of banking experience (preferably in mortgages)
Aptitude in software programs and well verse in Microsoft programs especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledgeable in real estate industry, real estate current affairs and economic outlook
Conversant in real estate and mortgage loans regulations
Good credit analytical skills, meticulous and attentive to details
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good attitude and interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally and manage objections effectively
Able to work independently, fast learner and able to work as a team
