Responsibilities
Set the Vision: Define and communicate a bold product strategy that aligns with market trends and customer needs
Own the Roadmap: Build and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap that drives differentiation and growth
Lead with Data: Use competitive analysis and user insights to inform decisions and validate direction
Drive Execution: Translate strategy into detailed requirements and partner with Engineering and UX for flawless delivery
Go-to-Market: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to craft compelling positioning and pricing strategies
Engage Customers: Act as a product evangelist in key customer conversations and user groups
Inspire Teams: Mentor and develop product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Qualification
Required
10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in AI-first enterprise software
3+ years managing a small team of product managers
Demonstrable success delivering AI/ML-powered CX applications (e.g., Conversation Intelligence, Agent Assistance, Conversational AI, AI Observability)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience managing beta programs and validating product directions through user feedback
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
