Responsibilities
Lead design for high-impact features
Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs with a focus on clarity and usability
Use interactive prototyping to explore ideas and test with learners, educators, and creators
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, shape solutions, and ensure smooth handoff
Conduct and synthesize user research and usability studies to inform design decisions
Contribute directly to our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
Deliver pixel-perfect designs while balancing speed, iteration, and thoughtful detail
Present design concepts to stakeholders with clear rationale and storytelling
Stay curious about AI, design tools, and EdTech trends, bringing fresh ideas into our workflows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product/UX design, with at least some exposure to EdTech or SaaS platforms
Strong portfolio that shows end-to-end product design and measurable impact
Proficiency in Figma (and comfortable with systems like ShadCN, Radix, or similar component libraries)
Advanced prototyping skills (Figma, Framer, Protopie, Principle, or similar) for research and iteration
Strong understanding of user research and testing methods, and the ability to apply insights directly into design work
Detail-oriented craft paired with strong systems thinking
Excellent communication skills to explain design choices and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
