Responsibilities
Contribute to a variety of consumer-facing product development projects through full lifecycle
Gather design inputs from sales and customers
Engage vendors to assess feasibility and manufacturability
Create 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks
Support pilot builds and product launches
Perform basic testing in the R&D shop
Troubleshoot quality and production issues on current products
Document designs, test results, and changes clearly
Coordinate tasks, milestones, and status with your lead
Collaborate across engineering and peer teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Hands-on product design/development experience required
Proficiency with CAD/3D design software (SolidWorks or similar) required
