Required

Are currently based in the US

Have 2+ years of professional experience in real estate brokerage, leasing, or client representation, across residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties

Experience in roles such as Real Estate Broker, Sales Agent, Leasing Agent, Tenant Representative, Closing Specialist, or Rental Coordinator will be highly valuable

Possess a strong understanding of market analysis, property valuation, negotiation, and transaction management

Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to convey nuanced client and market dynamics

Bring a proven background in deal structuring, tenant or buyer representation, or investment property transactions

Are self-directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely and asynchronously in a dynamic research environment
