Responsibilities
Lead and manage the warehouse team through scheduling, training, assigning tasks, and fostering a productive, positive culture focused on accountability, growth, and development
Supervise daily warehouse functions, including inventory control, quality assurance, space and logistics management, and floor productivity
Conduct regular check-ins with warehouse leads to assess performance and implement strategies for improvement and loss prevention
Manage all inbound deliveries by logging purchase orders, ensuring proper receiving and tagging, and identifying discrepancies
Oversee the workflow of the warehouse team to ensure efficiency, minimize overtime, and uphold quality standards
Lead the full restocking process and ensure retail locations are set up in a timely and organized manner
Monitor inventory levels regularly and report to the Retail Buyer and Director to maintain accuracy and minimize shrinkage
Supervise the setup and breakdown for concerts and special events, including managing deliveries and artist merchandise expectations
Support gameday, concert, and event operations through on-site supervision and coordination
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations with a background in managing hourly staff
Proficiency in Excel or similar database systems
Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and policies
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to delegate, coach, and develop team members
Strong communication skills
Ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels
Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback in both written and verbal form
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking
Preferred
Retail merchandise experience preferred
