Responsibilities
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to retirement planning, investor behavior, and financial literacy
Support the development of research reports, white papers, and presentations
Monitor trends in retirement policy, investment products, and market sentiment
Collaborate with economists and policy analysts on cross-functional projects
Contribute to literature reviews and competitive benchmarking
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and research skills, including experience with data analysis tools (Excel, R, Python, Stata, and/or SPSS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interest in retirement systems, investor psychology, and financial well-being
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field
Preferred
Familiarity with survey design and behavioral research methods is a plus
