National Program Director
APAPA - Asian Pacific American Public Affairs Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Asian Pacific Americans in civic and public affairs. The National Program Director will oversee program management, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and expanding initiatives through community engagement.

Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of programs that align with APAPA's mission
Developing programs
Managing program budgets
Ensuring stakeholder communication
Supervising staff and volunteers
Work closely with community leaders, partners, sponsors, and foundations to expand organizational initiatives
Measuring program impact
Ensuring consistency across all projects
Help develop and produce a Membership Development program
Other innovative programming, in 2026
Qualification
Required
Program management, and leadership skills
Budgeting, organizational planning, and stakeholder relationship management
Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with non-profit operations and community engagement strategies
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs, Non-Profit Management, or a related field
Ability to work on-site in Sacramento, CA
Preferred
Experience in working with diverse cross-cultural communities, particularly involving and bridging API populations
