Responsibilities

Assist IT onboarding for new employees

Assist with audio & visual requests when needed

Assist with acquisition IT planning and diligence

Drive new market IT planning and diligence

Work with executive project managers to ensure IT Implementation is completed on time and within scope

Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date procedure documentation for the New Markets and Acquisition processes

Assist with reviews of branch IT needs ensuring we are providing a proactive approach to resolving IT related issues

Ensure branches have proper training equipment

Develop and deploy automations to reduce administrative overhead

Qualification

Required

Must be actively working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information technology or related field

Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

A solid understanding of Information Technology principles and practices

Experience in IT project management, asset management, and customer service

Familiarity with computer hardware and networking components

Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Power Automate, Chatgpt, etc
