Tool Room Technician I - Off Shift
Integra Capital is focused on supporting manufacturing operations, and they are seeking a Tool Room Technician I. This role is responsible for assisting with tool maintenance, repair, and basic fabrication to ensure tool availability and minimize production downtime.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, repair, and calibration of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and measuring instruments
Assist with tool fabrication and modifications under supervision
Read and interpret basic technical drawings and blueprints
Maintain proper storage and organization of tooling and equipment
Track and record tool usage, repairs, and calibration activities
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and report tool issues
Support production teams by ensuring tools are available when needed
Adhere to OSHA, company safety standards, and 5S practices
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in machining, toolmaking, or related manufacturing work
Basic knowledge of tool maintenance, fabrication, and repair
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
