Responsibilities
Provide strategic financial counsel and expert consultation to senior leadership and business area leaders
Oversee gathering, analysis, and presentation of current and future financial trends and performance
Lead complex financial evaluations, confidential studies, and scenario modeling for annual budgets and multi-year forecasts
Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems, exercising independent judgment and interpreting accounting guidance
Manage projects, implement process improvements, and deliver business solutions that drive operational and financial excellence
Direct and review the work of Financial Analysts, providing mentorship and leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between Finance and Operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Experience in financial accounting, reporting, or analysis
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
Strong financial and economic modeling expertise
Ability to manipulate large datasets and translate complex data into actionable insights
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred) and financial databases
Proven experience bridging Finance and Operations teams
