Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of revenue generation and project execution for Tampa under the "DBI way"
Obtain new clients through strategic marketing efforts in partnership with local Business Development team
Organize and manage a project team, team workload, and project schedules
Build effective relationships to drive repeat clients and inspire team member retention
Negotiate and finalize the scope and terms of each project
Resolve complex technical issues as they arise
Identify risk exposures and their order of magnitude
Develop project estimates, bids, and proposals on a timely and efficient basis
Ensure the flow of project information is maintained and documented
Perform all other duties as necessary

Consistently demonstrates professionalism, integrity and the highest standards of ethical behavior
Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information, exercising sound judgment and discretion
Commits to continuous improvement and professional development for self and team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Project Management or related field preferred
Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in project management within construction and/or property insurance related fields
Enjoys travelling and building comradery with a response team. Willingness to travel +/- 30% of the workweek, including 2-3 team leader events per year
Thrives working in a fast-paced environment, both in the office and on project sites, including rooftops
Experience working with Xactimate, Bluebeam Revu, and Primavera or MS Projects
Possess a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
Motivated, detail oriented, and ready to take on challenges
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Ability to observe issues and suggest innovative solutions
Self-directed with the ability to be an effective team leader and maintain a professional demeanor
Proven organizational skills with exemplary time management
Technically astute and strategic in thinking
Ability to work in inclement weather and various environmental conditions
