Responsibilities
Define end-to-end integration architecture between Kinaxis Maestro and client enterprise systems (ERP, planning, data lakes, and analytics platforms)
Develop integration strategies, governance models, and reference architectures aligned with client IT landscapes and enterprise standards
Collaborate with functional consultants, enterprise architects, and client stakeholders to capture requirements and design future-ready integration solutions
Oversee configuration and optimization of Kinaxis integration layers (Integration Tasks, Data Models, Connection settings) leveraging standard and custom methods
Provide architectural oversight during implementation, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability of integrations
Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and integration roadmap planning workshops
Guide client IT teams on best practices for system connectivity, security, data quality, and monitoring
Contribute to reusable integration frameworks, accelerators, and architectural patterns within the practice
Mentor and coach technical consultants, elevating skills in integration design, delivery, and solution quality
Support pre-sales activities, shaping technical solution approaches, estimates, and client presentations
Guide client IT teams through integration strategy, system architecture, and performance tuning
Qualification
Required
Proven experience designing enterprise integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and data transformation tools (e.g. Talend, Informatica, SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft)
Strong background in system integration for supply chain platforms, including Kinaxis Maestro
Ability to translate complex business and process requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable integration designs
Deep understanding of supply chain data models and process flows (demand planning, inventory, S&OP)
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives
Experience guiding multi-team delivery across complex integration landscapes
Preferred
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain management, or related technical discipline
Kinaxis Integration Architect or Consultant certification
Hands-on familiarity with Kinaxis Maestro integration components (EDI, CSV import/export, Scripting)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data integration services
Prior involvement in solution architecture for large-scale transformation programs and pre-sales engagements
Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery models
Demonstrated leadership in client-facing architecture roles, influencing solution direction and driving adoption of best practices
