Responsibilities

General monthly reports and create new ones to provide an understanding of financial results to the management team. Assist the accounting team in required EM Division and Corporate submissions

Direct the cross functional organization planning process leading to detailed budget and midterm plan submissions to FUJIFILM Electronic Materials Division and Corporate Planning Groups

Create financial analysis to support critical strategic business decisions

Create and develop financial systems capabilities to improve overall efficiency, availability of information and effectiveness of reporting

Required

A bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required

8-10 years' experience in accounting, planning or business evaluation is required

Experience with SAP across multiple releases desired

Strong systems skills including expert use of MS365 with emphasis on Excel and Power BI

Experience developing and executing IT project plans to support efficiency and growth in the reporting and forecasting capabilities
