Contributing to mission-critical systems in a secure, fast-paced environment
Assisting in the daily operations of our Salesforce platform, supporting cloud-based integrations, user management, and data integrity across defense-related projects
Growing your technical skills while supporting national security objectives through innovative cloud solutions
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with creating and managing reports, dashboards, and flows to support business operations
Experience maintaining data quality by performing regular audits and updates
Experience supporting the implementation and configuration of new Salesforce features and enhancements
Exposure collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support CRM-related projects
Proficiency with documenting processes, configurations, and training materials
Ability to stay current with Salesforce best practices and new features
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance at the Secret level
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Zero to two (0–2) years of experience working with Salesforce
Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred or in progress)
Basic understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
