Responsibilities
Analyzes large datasets to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations
Utilizes analytical approaches or frameworks, and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma) when appropriate
Builds deep understanding of clinical processes associated with dialysis; observes operations to incorporate ‘real-world’ considerations into work
Learns physiological context that informs ‘why’ or ‘how’ an intervention may impact patient health outcomes
Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities
Shows intellectual curiosity and willingness to question ‘why’ or ‘how can we do this better?’
Develops understanding of how work fits into the bigger picture
Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis
Creates and manages individual work plan and contributes to overall project plan
Travel: Up to 20% travel may be required at times; though typical travel is 5-10%
Qualification
Required
1-5 years of total work experience
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Evidence of strong partnership ability
Preferred
Experience with large-scale business transformations with tangible impact on operating/financial performance
