Univest Insurance is seeking an Entry Level Employee Benefits Analyst in Lansdale, PA. The role involves supporting the administration, analysis, and communication of employee benefits programs to ensure optimal support for the workforce.

Processing enrollments/terminations
Billing Reconciliations/Audits
Address/Name Change
Cobra Administration
All administrative/support responsibilities
Manage EPIC
Manage/create renewal spreadsheets and renewal documents
Manage service end of renewals
Manage quoting process
Manage Ben Admin systems
Create benefit booklets
Assist with open enrollment meetings
Assist with sales process/submissions
Willingness to participate in client meetings
Assist with training of new hires
Communicate and interact with carriers, vendors and clients by phone, email and in person
Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct
Perform additional duties as needed

Ability to build relationships with account mgmt. & producer team
Willingness to obtain Life, Accident, & Health license
