Responsibilities

Lead large-scale projects ($5M-$20M+) in electrical and critical power systems
Drive project planning, scheduling, and execution from kickoff to completion
Mentor junior leaders, superintendents, and trades personnel
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving strategies
Partner with clients to ensure milestones are met and expectations exceeded
Manage permits, inspections, and compliance requirements

Required

Bachelor's in Engineering + 10 years of experience (or MS + 7 years)
Proven track record managing electrical projects from $500K-$10M+
Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, RFIs, change orders, and submittals
Expertise in project management software, AutoCAD, and scheduling tools
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
