Sales Director

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a sales strategy to generate a healthy pipeline of opportunities
Build awareness of Majesco solutions across assigned account list that ultimately drives demand
Develop deep understanding of target accounts business objectives, key initiatives, executive management, technology landscape, and competitive footprint
Work closely with sales, presales, partners, and other stakeholders to build client relationships, generate leads, and close deals to meet assigned quotas
Provide feedback and insights from the field to help improve our solutions and services
Deeply understand prospects’ business needs and identify alignment opportunities with our offerings
Lead the sales cycle from initial engagement to closing the deal
Engage with partners to support sales pursuits
Participate in internal team meetings to collaborate with supporting business units on opportunity pursuits, resolve customer issues, share best practices, and coordinate across teams

Required

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development of SaaS/software products, or equivalent experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High technical aptitude and eagerness to learn
Strong knowledge of CRM tools and sales methodologies
Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives under tight deadlines
Strategic thinker capable of building compelling value propositions
Proactive, tenacious, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Creative problem solver with a solutions-oriented approach
Effective at measuring and communicating progress toward business goals, and identifying obstacles with remediation plans
Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
Experience working with distributed teams across different functions, geographies, and cultures
Thought leader and evangelist for company solutions, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
Solution, Value, and Consultative selling expertise
Pipeline generation strengths with appreciation and experience for creating demand and developing opportunities
