Responsibilities
Assist Systems Engineers in all aspects of their work
Design mission-critical radio communication solutions by consulting with the customer to determine their needs
Develop technical strategies and generate proposals for customers in cooperation with the sales, product development, and project management teams
Involves coverage and antenna site selection, frequency planning, interference analysis, design of system architecture, equipment selection, proposal generation, and presenting the proposed solutions to customers
Ensure that sales professionals and customers are kept up to date on the latest Motorola technology offerings and their relevance to customer needs
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree; preferred emphasis in Wireless, Electrical, System or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
Excellent communications skills and the ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences
Self-motivated and able to maintain focus in a pressured environment
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
Must currently be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with an anticipated graduation date during or after December 2026
Preferred
Experience working with customers desirable
Experience/ Knowledge in radio systems, radio propagation, RF, wireless, broadband, microwave, and/or networking desirable
Experience/ Knowledge of communications networks (MPLS, Ethernet, TCP/IP) desirable
Certifications through CCNA, CompTIA, and/ or Amateur Radio/ HAM desirable
