Responsibilities
Work on challenging problems and deliver advanced products
Support design, development, integration, implementation, test and verification/validation of EW systems
Deliver technical value as a Systems Engineer for developing prototypes, full rate production, and sustainment of systems
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret clearance
BS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software or equivalent plus 6 years' experience in field
Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs
Ability to work onsite in a laboratory environment
Ability to support manufacturing issues and working with quality engineers for path forward
One or more of the following technical areas: Antenna and phased array experience, RF component knowledge (ex. low noise and power amplifiers), Radar experience, Commercial or Military wireless communication experience, Receiver architecture experience, Software programming language knowledge (C++, Python, Matlab)
Preferred
MS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software or equivalent plus 4 years' experience in field
Familiarity with the Compass Call Program
Knowledge of Systems Engineering and life cycle processes stages (such as waterfall, spiral, agile/scrum and Vee) and process milestone execution decision gating reviews
Understanding of the applications of active and passive sensing in the Electronic Warfare (EW) field
