Start in 2026 SummerSCS Engineers is looking for a summer 2026 intern for their Harrisburg office, offering hands-on experience in technical engineering and business operations. The intern will assist project teams on a variety of tasks related to landfill design, environmental projects, and data analysis.

Responsibilities
CAD design/drafting (grading plans, details, plans, and profiles)
Reporting and calculation preparation
Construction observation and documentation
Environmental and construction materials sample collection
Laboratory data management and review
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in civil or environmental engineering and graduating by June 2028 required
Must be willing to live in the Harrisburg area for Summer 2026 (housing allowance will not be provided)
Solid technical and computer skills (AutoCAD experience a plus)
Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing required
Ability to travel overnight for work outside of an office setting may be required (limited overnight travel expected)
Preferred
Preference for candidates who demonstrate a desire to pursue a career in consulting and professional licensure upon graduation
