Responsibilities

The attorney will lead and manage the firm's operations and strategic direction
The attorney will develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
The attorney will oversee client relationships and ensure high-quality legal service delivery
The attorney will manage financial performance and budgeting processes for the firm
The attorney will mentor and develop junior attorneys and support staff and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Required

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active license in good standing with the state bar
Proven experience in a management role within a law firm

Established book of business or client relationships
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Preferred

A portable book of business is highly welcomed
