Strategic IT Sales Executive

Claro, in partnership with Hitss Global, is seeking a Strategic IT Sales Executive to drive the growth of advanced IT solutions within existing enterprise accounts. This role focuses on expanding relationships and uncovering new opportunities in accounts that primarily consume telco services, collaborating closely with account managers and technical teams to enable digital transformation for enterprises.

Responsibilities

Expand IT Solutions in Existing Accounts
Partner with account managers to identify opportunities and develop strategies for upselling IT services
Engage Key Decision-Makers
Initiate strategic conversations with senior stakeholders to uncover business challenges and position tailored solutions
Lead the Full Sales Cycle
From discovery to contract execution, ensure a seamless client experience for IT solution deals
Collaborate with Technical Teams
Work with pre-sales and solution architects to design offerings that combine digital platforms, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
Achieve Growth Targets
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts
Represent the Brand
Attend industry events, webinars, and trade shows to strengthen market presence
Stay Ahead of Trends
Monitor emerging technologies and competitor offerings to position Claro and Hitss as thought leaders
Ensure Smooth Handoffs
Transition accounts to the delivery and customer success teams post-sale to ensure an optimal client experience

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in B2B technology sales with a proven track record of new opportunity development
3+ years of selling in the US market
Experience with account expansion and consultative selling in enterprise environments
Proficiency in prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.)
Strong negotiation, pipeline development, and presentation skills
CRM expertise and Microsoft Office proficiency
Spanish fluency required for business communication
Experience selling to Latin American companies required

Experience engaging C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
