Responsibilities
Provide a thorough understanding of the entire business through a rotation program
Participate in the Corporate Finance department for a 12-month foundation phase
Rotate through one or more Division offices for 12 to 18 months
Engage in regular travel for division office rotations
Contribute to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial audits, billing/collections, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, month-end closing, project review, project audits, purchasing, estimating, and project cost accounting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance or equivalent
Detail oriented, thorough, and organized
Both independent contributor that demonstrates initiative as well as a team player that contributes to department goals and deadlines
Strong analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and cross-functional department leaders
Self-motivated with high level of initiative and accountability
