Responsibilities
Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets
Monitor Salesforce license usage, ensuring efficient allocation and compliance with contractual limits
Provide first-level support to Salesforce users, addressing data issues and access requests
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features and assess their impact on current processes
Provide training and assistance to the team as necessary
Contribute to the development of team processes, documentation, and best practices in a fast-evolving environment
Manage system configurations, user profiles, permission sets, and security settings
Support data integrity and operations, including imports, exports, updates, and deletions, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with Salesforce deployment tools and release management processes
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, automation tools, and reporting capabilities
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional environment
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
Bachelor's Degree is helpful but not required
1+ years of Help desk or other experience working in a customer service capacity is helpful but not required
