Responsibilities

Spend 50% of your time visiting clients and developing accounts, nurturing long-term partnerships with key decision-makers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
Dedicate 25% of your time to outbound prospecting and 25% to converting inbound inquiries, ensuring a strong sales pipeline and sustainable growth
Develop in-depth knowledge of complex modular structures, refrigerated containers, and other specialized product lines
Create and execute account-specific sales strategies to grow unit rentals, expand Essentials penetration, and increase share of wallet
Conduct detailed market analysis to identify growth opportunities within your assigned territory
Use strong negotiation skills to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and the company
Leverage Salesforce CRM to track performance, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data
Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of products and solutions

Required

High school diploma, GED, or applicable experience
3+ years of outbound sales experience; focused on technical products or solution selling
3+ years experience at WillScot
Ability to travel 25%-40% to conduct field visits with customers (some overnight travel)
Skilled in using the Microsoft Office suite
Comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce
Strong negotiation skills

Preferred

High-volume, transactional sales cycle is preferred
Leasing experience helps but is not required
A consultative, solution-selling approach will set you up with a jumpstart
