Responsibilities
Lead the mechanical design and implementation of healthcare facility projects
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to develop integrated engineering solutions
Conduct system analysis and performance evaluations to ensure optimal functionality of HVAC and plumbing systems in hospitals
Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and documentation for projects
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all designs and implementations
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in mechanical engineering for healthcare applications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on healthcare facilities
Proficient in using Revit and other engineering design software
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and building codes
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
